Once you are on board, the tour will start with a nice ride through the countryside. After one-hour traveling you will arrive at Civita di Bagnoregio, a small medieval village also know as "city that is dying". The little town is connected to the ground by only a walking bridge that crosses the valley. Walking through the narrow streets of Bagnoregio it will seem to have made a journey back in time. Here, you will have the chance to see one of the many underground shelters that were used by local inhabitants to escape the Germans during World War II and an old stone mill, then operated by donkeys.

Later, your driver will take you to Orvieto, the most famous town in the area.
Orvieto is one of the oldest towns in Italy and owes its origins to the Etruscan civilization: the first settlements date back to the ninth century BC and were found inside the tufaceous caves in the bedrock upon which today rises the Umbrian town. You will have plenty of time to discover the hidden corners of the town, where artisans still work "old style" and to enjoy one of the several little restaurants to taste the typical recipes and wines of the area.
